Founded in 2014 in the heart of George Town, Galeri Seni MY was established to champion Malaysian contemporary art on the world stage. Our 3,000 sq ft heritage shophouse space hosts rotating exhibitions, artist residencies, and public programmes. We represent 40+ artists and have placed works in private and corporate collections across Southeast Asia.

Yes, entry to Galeri Seni MY is free for all visitors. We believe art should be accessible to everyone. Donations to support our programmes are welcome.
Yes! Most works on display are available for purchase. Enquire at our front desk or WhatsApp us with the artwork title. We can arrange shipping worldwide.
We offer corporate and private art consultancy services — from building a collection to sourcing specific works or commissioning new pieces.
The gallery space is available for private events, product launches, and cultural programmes outside of gallery hours. Contact us to discuss.
We accept artist submissions every quarter. Email us your portfolio (PDF or website link) with a short artist statement. Our curatorial team reviews all applications.
